AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Your chauffeur will display your name on a whiteboard and assist with your luggage. Avoid airport parking, crowded shuttle buses and save your time and worries. You will travel the quickest route to your destination.

Reservation Enquiry
An online reservation does not guarantee a confirmed booking unless we confirm your booking with a booking reference number.
Terms and Conditions
By placing a booking with Prime Limos you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorise Prime Limos to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation.

Prices quoted based on information provided by you and total cost of journey may vary due to incidentals, extra tolls, variations of journey, change of pickup and drop off point and any waiting time not advised as special requests.
Credit card details are required for all reservations and held as security. You will be notified of any pending additional payment.
Prime Limos accepts no liability or responsibility for delayed or cancelled flights and delays due to traffic.

Additional Charges
Baby/Booster seats $10
Each additional stop en-route $20
Waiting time $22 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
Surcharge rates apply for Public Holidays, Special Events & after hours (23pm to 5am).

Waiting Times
10 minutes complementary from street addresses.
25 minutes complementary from Domestic Airport.
1 hour complementary from International Airport.
Waiting time is calculated from the actual flight arrival time, not scheduled arrival time.

Peak Demand
For bookings on Public Holidays and times of peak demand, premium rates will apply. Pricing for Special Events and major Sporting Events will be provided on application.

Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hrs – No charge
2 – 24 hours – 50% base rate charged
Less than 2 hours – Full charge
Special Event bookings require 48 hours cancellation notice.

No-Show Policy
For all transfers, a full cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a "no show".
​
Lost Property
Prime Limos assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or items left in the vehicle. Prime Limos will use reasonable endeavours to return lost property left in vehicles to customers. If the driver is requested to deliver an item found after a trip, applicable trip charges will apply for all such deliveries.

Cleaning & Damage
Prime Limos drivers have the right to refuse any passenger to board a vehicle, if he or she feels that the passenger is intoxicated, aggressive or pose a danger to any other passenger or the driver. Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or any inappropriate behaviour as deemed by the driver may result in the removal from the trip. If a passenger is required to leave the vehicle, no refund will be given and that passenger will be responsible for their own travel costs and arrangements from that point.

Smoking, food or alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any Prime Limos vehicles.
​
Prime Limos reserves the right to charge a cleaning and/or sanitation fee for spillages or for anyone who becomes ill/vomits inside the vehicle due to alcohol or food consumption.

Payment
We accept Cash, Cabcharge, Major Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers/EFT.
Credit Card payments will incur service fees of 5% + GST.
All charges and rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed.

Prime Limos is obliged to maintain strict privacy of personal information under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act, and are not to use or disclose the information other than for the purpose for which it was supplied.
